I work some evenings - until 8 pm.(Appts need to be booked 3 weeks in advance usually)

About me and my therapy practice
I am qualified in Psychology, Talking Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic, Person Centred/Mindfulness and Existential Therapies.
I construct the type of therapy I am going to use based around my clients needs.
I have dogs and cats that come into the therapy room if the client would like it.
I trained with Place2Be for school age children to have therapy.
My practice is open and relaxed and to start off the therapeutic process with talking therapy, I can learn about the client and the areas in their life they need help with and devise a therapy plan that would suit their needs.
Once I have devised a plan or a idea I will then discuss with the client and move from there.
However some clients talking therapy is all that is needed.
My first session
My first session I will complete a initial assessment and I will ask the client why they want to have therapy and any back ground information that maybe helpful towards the therapy process.
Childhood or family problems,
Issues at school or further education,,
Any other relevant information the client is willing to share.
I DO REQUIRE PAYMENT 24 HRS PRIOR TO SESSIONS AS THIS ACTS AS A DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT. IF APPT IS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HRS NOTICE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
