About me and my therapy practice

I'm a fully qualified and experienced person-centred counsellor, counselling supervisor and a registered member of the BACP. I work with individuals, couples, and groups of all ages and also provide counselling supervision.

I work on a Wednesday morning from a practice based in Heaton Moor, and on a Monday evening at a practice in Cheadle.

I work with clients face to face, online and via telephone.

 My counselling experience includes working with organisations such as Bupa, Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust, BIMM and AnxietyUK. I work with clients from all backgrounds and with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, sexuality, transgender and many more.

 I am a published author on the subject of mental health in the music industry and provides talks, training and workshops on how to manage anxiety and depression both in the music industry and in other industries.
