About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced psychotherapist.

I work in a relational way. This means that I engage in a therapeutic conversation with my clients in order to foster a sense of trust and safety in the therapy room.

I am an integrative psychotherapist in that I use a number of therapeutic tools which I tailor to my client's changing needs. These include, humanistic, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, attachment, polyvagal and some CBT.

I am experienced in trauma work and am an EMDR practitioner.

Practice description

Independent outhouse, accessed via the shared driveway. Large airy, comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. WiFi enabled.

My first session

I offer a free exploratory telephone conversation in the first instance (audio or video) of 20-30 minutes induration.

Subsequent sessions are payable.
