About me and my therapy practice
I offer a confidential and discreet counselling, EMDR, supervision and psychotherapy service in a comfortable and safe place. I have practised as a therapist for more than 30 years, both privately and in the NHS and worked as a tutor in psychotherapy and training institutions. I have also managed counselling services and had clinical responsibility for a large counselling charity. I support trainee counsellors and psychotherapists through their BACP/UKCP accreditation. My background in organisational consultancy helps me understand the difficulties in achieving life/work balance. Feel free to call me to discuss the counselling process and what to expect in your first session.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Supervisor Accredited by UKCP. I presently supervise individual therapist and run three supervision groups for the NHS Iapt Service. I am also an Accredited EMDR practitioner. I am happy to support trainee counsellors through their BACP.UKCP accreditation process and can offer them a reduced rate if necessary.
