Couples Fees: Mon - Thurs (between 9.30 a.m and 4.30 pm) £70. Any other time £80 per 60 minute session.

About me and my therapy practice
I provide counselling through the pursuit and discovery of the most empowering resource of all: the self. I have witnessed that healing and change is possible through this therapeutic relationship which is why I am passionate about the Person-Centred Approach. As well as private practice, and being a clinical supervisor, I have worked with actors in training offering one to one support. I have developed work specifically designed for the emotional wellbeing of actors and I have run workshops which I have taken into drama schools.
Practice description
My private practice is within my home, up two flights of stairs, overlooking Manor Park SE13. I do have two dogs and mention this in case of allergies etc.
My first session
Individual sessions are 50 minutes and the same price as any other session. Couples sessions are one hour. The first session is introductions, and about me asking some questions in order to create a picture of where you are, as you see it. It gives you the experience of how I work and to ask me questions about my approach. If I am the right fit for you, we can explore how we might work together in order to come to an agreement of our working alliance.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a relational supervisor for the Deborah Ubee Trust in Greenwich where I facilitate both group and individual supervision. I also work with supervisees from my private practice in Hither Green, SE13 face to face, by telephone or video call.
Any other time, it is £65 for an hour, or £90 for an hour and a half.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for you to give me a picture of where you are, as you see it, and for me to introduce you to how I work and for us to negotiate how we might work together. I do conduct an assessment with set questions I ask everyone which enables me to get some facts down on paper and invites you to describe your life, your world, and way of living/ functioning to me.
