About me and my therapy practice
I am an intuitive integrative counsellor who loves to walk on a journey of self discovery with people. Many come with an issue and we discover together what is going on underneath. This is a journey that I have, and continue to do, I support others in exploring their own inner terrain. I use Person Centred, CBT and Gestalt as my modalities. I am also very spiritual as a person and will share my intuition with those I work with.

I am an intuitive integrative counsellor using a range of therapies, mainly Person Centred, CBT and Gestalt. I like to support people in discovering together in relationship what is underneath the issue that they are struggling with. I also like to work with those moving into new life situations to develop their sense of self to be able to walk more fully in who they are.
Practice description
The practice I operate from has comfortable private rooms providing a safe confidential space to work in. The building is a large Victorian converted house off a main street and has parking close by. the rooms used in the Therapy Collective are used for a number of therapeutic services including counselling.
My first session
