About me and my therapy practice
Covid-19 Talking through your experience can help you to process your thoughts, feelings and fears. Often by having that listening ear and someone to talk to can lessen the weight of the load that you carry. You are important and even though we may not (at the moment) be able to sit face-to-face in the same room, I can offer you online and telephone counselling sessions in the form of WhatsApp / Zoom / Skype. Simply email or leave a message on my mobile; I always try to reply within 24 hours.
New private practice coming to Grayshott, Hindhead 2021.
My first session
Prior to first session: free telephone consultation for you to have the opportunity to ask me questions about counselling and about my private practice, further for me to be able to assess how I may be of support. If you feel happy to continue, I will send you my counselling contract via email which sets out additional information and we then arrange your first counselling session.
Each session is 60 minutes long. With prior arrangement I offer extended sessions for individuals and families / weekly / fortnightly and adhoc sessions are also available.
