Please email/call for availability.About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my counselling service where I provide an initial free half hour telephone/face to face consultation so that I can tailor the right support for your needs and for you to be able to ask me questions about my practice. I see clients from the age of 16 upwards. I work using an integrated model of counselling, which means, I am trained to adapt therapy according to my clients needs by bringing together different elements of specific therapies. To give guidance, and to stimulate discussion with my younger clients and those with additional needs and learning disabilities, I use CORE outcome measure forms throughout our counselling sessions. It is intended as a guide, to be used and adapted in line with my clinical practice and in the context of the intervention with the young people and families with whom I am working with and I offer a full review after six counselling sessions. Sessions are 60 minutes in length, long/short term weekly/fortnightly sessions incl. top-up and adhoc. Counselling sessions can be arranged via telephone and email.
