About me and my therapy practice

I know personally how counseling helps you see more clearly and allows you to become the person you know you can be. I strive to create a safe, confidential space for my clients to explore what it is that may be preventing them from enjoying life. I take a humanistic approach but I do not focus my sessions on any one specific issue, all issues are welcome, Your future happiness is within your reach.

Practice description

My practice offers a warm safe confidential space that allows you the space to unravel and deal with the issues that are holding you back.

My first session

For our first session, I aim to make you feel comfortable and safe. It is within this session that I can explain how our sessions will work and to let you know the benefits that counseling will bring to you.
