About me and my therapy practice

I help people experiencing, anxiety, stress, abuse, low confidence, poor self esteem and relationship issues, recover and take control of their lives.

Having worked in private practice, statutory and the voluntary sector for over 23 years. I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of issues.

As a person centred counsellor, I believe passionately that we all do know, somewhere within ourselves, the directions we need to take.

In a warm, supportive and friendly environment, I will help you to discover what those directions might be.

Counselling can be short term or long term - depending on what you want to talk about and what you decide.

My practice in Hackney is easily accessed from Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park, Clapton, North London, East London, Bethnal Green, Walthamstow, Chingford, Highams Park, Dalston, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, and the City.

I also work in Camden, North London.
