About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MA) trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), a registered member by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and of the European Association For Counselling (EAC).

I have been working in a number of Face-to-Face settings including private practice, NHS Counselling services, charitable and private organisations.

I have experience with people who go through life changes, suffer from anxiety, low self-esteem, divorce, depression, relationship problems, work related stress, dealing with grief and loss and more

'Integrative' means that I am not limiting my approach to one school of therapy. This ensures that therapy is unique for each of my clients.

I am experienced in Online Counselling, have trained with the Online Therapy Institute (OTI) and I am an accredited member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO).

I only offer online and telephone sessions.
