I offer 50 minute session for online and telephone sessions.
I offer a free 15min telephone consultation, where we can then explore together if I can be of help to you going forward on your journey. You are welcome to call me for an informal chat and to ask any questions that you may have.
To get the best out of counselling, you need to feel comfortable with your therapist, so before making a decision. I am more than happy to talk to you on the phone to see if you feel we would be able to work together. After all, counselling is an investment in you and you deserve to choose someone that suits you...there is no obligation or pressure to book an appointment.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a strong believer that there will always be a reason why you meet people, either you need them to change your life or you're the one to change theirs.
I offer you a safe place to process, grow and learn about how you can help yourself. This being in a confidential and safe environment. As an Integrative Counsellor my aim is to tailor your sessions to your needs. If your problems are making your life feel overwhelmed, together we can work in a way that will allow for positive change and growth.
I am an Integrative Counsellor with a passion to help people with their Mental Health. I am qualified to a degree level. I use three main therapeutic approaches which are: (Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic).
I adhere to the BACP ethical framework and ensure that I am ethical within my work through having regular supervision. I also engage in continued personal development.
I have experience in working online and over the telephone as well as in person, this has been something that has become very popular over time.
