About me and my therapy practice
I work with adult clients on issues, such as depression, PND, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I specialise in bereavement, addiction and postnatal counselling, and parent-child and couple relational issues as well as emotional difficulties. I work on both a time-limited and open-ended basis.
I am a counsellor, a registered member of the BACP. Initially trained at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and then at New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am an experienced practitioner and have over 20 years working with children, young people and families. I am passionate about empowering clients in creative ways. I work predominantly from an existential-phenomenological approach, although I can work from an integrative approach.
Contact me for further details or for a free 15 minute consultation, if life is overwhelming, challenging or painful and you feel stuck.
