About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, compassionate, truly empathetic, safe and confidential counselling service where you will feel completely supported enabling you to discuss any worries or concerns you have. I will work with you to help and support you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace working towards resolving your worries and difficulties with the aim of enabling you to become the person that you want to be.
I am a Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher and provide bespoke and individualised one to one therapeutic sessions bringing insight, clarity, focus and peace into your world.
