About me and my therapy practice
My professional training, therapeutic work and personal narrative have given me core beliefs that people thrive when they are:
• Heard and acknowledged for what they bring.
• Believed implicitly in what they say.
• Accepted unconditionally in their unique journey.
I have worked and volunteered in HE, disability and health, sight-loss, the carer role, domestic abuse, Bereavement and end of life care over a number of years.
I work with a person-centred approach, offering empathy, acceptance and transparency for you to feel comfortable and secure.
I offer a confidential, inclusive safe space to explore your feelings and share experiences without feeling judged.
I believe in the importance of building a strong relationship where trust, openness and mutual respect are valued.
I am currently available for telephone counselling Monday-Friday times to suit and will be reverting back to face-to-face counselling sessions later in the year in line with government guidance.
