About me and my therapy practice

My private practice in West Berkshire provides space to explore and make sense of difficult thoughts and feelings that can, at times, feel overwhelming when struggling with them alone.

If you are experiencing difficulty with relationships at home or at work, bereavement, work related stress, depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, low self esteem or general feelings of lost confidence and motivation, I provide a confidential counselling service in West Berkshire online.

I offer daytime and evening appointments online, for short term and open ended counselling to suit individual requirements.

I am a BACP accredited psychodynamic counsellor, have experience as a senior clinical manager, and have been in practice since 2003. My counselling experience is drawn from registered counselling charities, corporate counselling services and my private practice.
