About me and my therapy practice
Life is often confusing painful and overwhelming. Therapy can provide a safe space to explore these feelings and manage them.
Hi I’m Liz. I am a Relational Integrative Psychotherapist. I can draw on a variety of therapeutic styles to meet your unique needs. I aim to provide a supportive, empathic and non-judgemental relationship, through which you can better understand yourself. I am here to listen.
If you choose to call you can expect an initial consultation in which we will establish what you would like to address and whether you would like to work with me. As a member of the BACP I adhere to their guidelines and codes of conduct and will provide a safe and confidential service. I aim to make therapy accessible, offering face to face counselling, online counselling and flexible times.
I have traveled extensively and lived abroad helping me to gain a working knowledge of many cultures. My Theology degree has deepened my understanding of a variety of religious beliefs and their impact on a person’s life. This means that I can work sensitively within your belief system.
Please feel free to contact me at lizshawcounselling@outlook.com or on 07960283262.
Thank you for reading my profile and I look forward to hearing from you.
