About me and my therapy practice

Life can be challenging and difficult to understand with situations thrown in front of you that you are not expecting. At such times we can often feel our life has been somewhat derailed and we are completely alone.

As a Humanistic therapist, I believe that we all have the capacity for growth and change. Our work together will begin with where you are now and aim to help you find your own path through the challenges you have chosen to bring to counselling. In order to form a new relationship with what it means for you being in the world and what this means for you as you move forward.

In addition, I am able to offer creative ways of working, using paintings, objects or photography to explore visual narratives. Allowing us to access emotions that maynot be expressed in words alone. This can be a helpful tool to unpick the tensions and complexities that may arise within the work together.

Alongside becoming a Humanistic therapist, I also work with young adults and families as a Family Coach, which involves relationship building, conflict resolution and reducing risk-taking behaviours.
