About me and my therapy practice
I work as a psychodynamic counsellor to help people uncover difficult thoughts and feelings, both without judgement and in the strictest of confidence. I can offer open-ended and short-term sessions, each session lasting 50 mins at the same time and day each week.
I believe that all people should be treated as the individuals that they are. We would therefore work together at your pace and in a way that is going to be most helpful for you.
I work from the therapy rooms in Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead. I am currently fully trained as a registered psychodynamic counsellor. Further training is on-going. I also participate in various training courses to continue my professional development.
My first session
The first thing to do would be to contact me so that we can arrange an initial meeting. This will give us the chance to think about what you are hoping to get from therapy, and if I am the right person for you to work with.
I work face-to-face.
Follow up sessions are £60 and last 50 minutes.
