About me and my therapy practice
Counselling can provide a safe and confidential space for you to think and talk openly about yourself and your life, and difficulties you may be experiencing.
I offer a calm and compassionate space where you will not be judged and where you can go at your own pace. Together we can explore who you are and who you want to be, identify and make sense of your thoughts and feelings, in order to bring about positive and lasting change.
I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and am a Registered Member of BACP. I have ten years’ experience working as a counsellor in charities and the NHS.
Currently I am working via telephone and Zoom.
My first session
At our initial session we will consider what’s brought you to counselling and what your hopes and expectations for the work might be. The session will give you an idea of how I work, and we can decide whether we might continue to work together.
£30 for initial assessment session; £40 for subsequent sessions. Sessions are weekly, for 50 mins. Concessionary rates may be available.
If you would like to make an appointment please email or telephone me.
