About me and my therapy practice
If you need help with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family or work conflicts, low self-esteem, or are finding life in general overwhelming, then please contact me in confidence. I am based in comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms just two minutes’ walk from Oxford Circus.
Therapy offers alternative perspectives to the thoughts, sometimes repetitive and negative, that we can sometimes find hard to manage. By looking at our issues from different angles and through other prisms, we can get more understanding of what is troubling us and how to deal with it.
My first session
The first session gives you an opportunity to tell me why you have decided to seek therapy at this particular moment. If you feel comfortable, we can agree to meet again, usually the following week at the same time on the same day and we can continue on this basis, until we feel that working together will be the right thing for you.
