The essence of the work I do is to help the client manage successfully heal, recover from the life events that have caused them to feel the way they do at this time.

By definition a client comes because they are hurting, something has happened in the past, recent or not and the impact of that/those events have left them struggling. As a therapist with over 22 years experience in the therapy world, I look to bring as much as I can , as much as I have learned to enable them to access resources, internally, externally with the aim of them recovering and moving on with their lives.

I charge an initial reduced rate of £30.00 to enable a client to experience their first session with myself to see if they feel comfortable and to assess if I am a good "fit" for them. 

It is normal practice to ask them to complete a Confidential Questionnaire and to answer any questions they have about me, or the service I provide. 

The initial session is very much about listening, understanding and getting to appreciate the clients reasons for seeking help.
