About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified and experienced Integrative and Humanistic Therapist. I provide a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space. I currently offer face to face and online sessions

Practice description

I provide Person Centred, Humanistic, Integrative and Emotion Focused Therapy and have been counselling since 2010. My main area of practice has been in the many aspects of bereavement, including pre-bereavement, anticipatory grief, post bereavement and complex grief. I have no expectations on timescales - individuals take as long as they need to work through their issues.
