My working hours are flexible, having previously worked shift patterns before I do understand the difficulties when trying to schedule  appointments to suit your needs. 

I work Monday to Friday 5.00pm - 9.00pm 

Saturday 10.00 am - 2.00pm

Counselling session £50.00

Couples Counselling £90.00

I offer Face to Face counselling from a comfortable holistic lounge/office space at my home address.  I also provide telephone and online counselling support via various platforms such as Zoom and Webex.  

At your own convenience, please e-mail me or alternatively call/text to schedule a free consultation.  Within the consultation I can answer any questions you have about counselling & provide you an overview, some context as to what you can expect from counselling. 

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified counsellor working as a registered member of the BACP.  

I am open, honest, transparent and a trustworthy counsellor able to offer a warm, caring and confidential space where one can explore personal difficulties safely, without judgement and at your own pace. 

I recognise that finding a counsellor may be unsettling for some but, here, you are taking the first steps towards helping yourself and in managing your difficulties going forward. 

I can help with a wide range of issues, including addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, bereavement, loss and grief.

Practice description

I work with an integrative approach to counselling, customising a range of modalities and interventions to support my client’s specific needs.  I provide a safe, genuine and empathetic approach, teamed with the BACP ethical framework to which I adhere to, this means I am always working with the client's best interests at heart.

My core modality is person-centred therapy, which focuses on you the client, it is our belief that we all have the 'potential' for 'emotional and psychological growth' in reaching goals of personal fulfilment and enrichment.                                                                           

I use skills and techniques from other approaches such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Existential and Psychodynamic therapy, enabling awareness and encouragement for clients, helping them towards making informed choices in their daily lives.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment of acceptance, giving clients the space to explore and utilise their own strengths and personal identity. I will facilitate this process, providing vital support for my clients.

Diversity, I have worked across diverse multi-cultural communities, gaining valuable insight and a wealth of knowledge. I have worked in East London’s most ethnically diverse Borough of Tower Hamlets followed by Waltham Forest and Newham.  

As society continues to change and grow with more people identifying as belonging to a minority ethnic group I completed Race relations training to gain an empathic understanding of multicultural differences, values, beliefs and traditions.

Upon hearing from you I can offer a free telephone consultation of 15 minutes.  Here, I can introduce myself and answer  questions you may have about counselling.  

I can provide an overview, give you some context as to what you can expect from counselling, along with an introduction to the  counselling contract and why we have it etc...
