About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Counsellor. This means that I use a range of techniques from different schools of psychotherapy, tailored to meet the needs of each individual client.
Each Client is unique and what works for one person is not necessarily what might help another.
Through talking together we will discuss the goal you are aspiring to reach during counselling.
The aim of therapy is to help you explore the causes of your issues. This is done at a pace that suits you personally and is regulated by your needs.
During therapy we will be using specific techniques that are designed ultimately to help you begin to approach life in a more open and productive way.
