About me and my therapy practice
I don’t believe that there is one method of psychotherapy that suits everyone. I believe in adapting my way of working for each client I meet.
You may feel that you want to work short-term on a specific aspect of your life. You may feel that you want to take time to look back on your early life experiences or you may not know where to start or where you are going. Whatever your situation is, I will do my best to see the world as you do and, where possible, offer you an alternative perspective.
Existential Psychotherapy is not a hierarchical relationship whereby the psychotherapist knows more than the client. In fact, it is the opposite, I believe that you know what is right for you but perhaps are too overwhelmed by your current feelings to be able to see what you want. It is my job to listen and walk alongside you in your journey.
