About me and my therapy practice

I am a person-centred psychotherapist with over a decade of dedicated work in therapeutic services in the UK and abroad. I bring a wealth of experience to my practice. My career has taken me through diverse landscapes, from the corridors of the NHS to the heart of mental health charities, corporate environments, local government initiatives, and the wards of psychiatric hospitals.

Throughout my career, I've worked alongside individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds. From guiding young people through the tumultuous waves of adolescence to offering solace and support to the elderly navigating the complexities of later life, every encounter has enriched my understanding and deepened my commitment to fostering holistic well-being.

My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, non-judgment, and a profound belief in the resilience of the human spirit. Whether facilitating group therapy sessions, providing one-on-one support, or collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore their challenges, discover their strengths, and chart a course towards healing and growth.

I hold a BACP-accredited MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a BPS-accredited BSc in Psychology and Counselling. I regularly train to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field, ensuring that I have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of everyone I work with.

My first session

I offer a free initial telephone consultation that will last approx 15 minutes to get a brief overview of your needs.

Each therapy session is 50 minutes.
