About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP registered counsellor, with experience working with a range of clients.

I work by creating a warm safe place for my clients to explore the fullest depths of their selves and psyche. I support my clients to cultivate self love, self acceptance and a sense of inner peace.

My first session

In our first session we will explore what you want to get out of counselling and what will be the best way for us to work together. I will carry out an assessment, and get to know more about you.
