About me and my therapy practice

Hi there and thanks for viewing my profile.  I’m Pam and I’m a fully qualified, and accredited BACP registered counsellor, with experience working in the NHS, Counselling charities, and private practice.

We all deserve peace of mind, but sometimes things happen that can cause disharmony. When this is the case often all we need to get back on track is a safe place to share and someone willing to listen. Here at Peace Of Mind Counselling, I offer a high quality, safe, none judgemental, confidential service, for people from all walks of life.

If you live in Redditch, or the surrounding areas and would like to talk with someone about how you feel and your experiences, please contact me for an initial chat.

It can be daunting taking those first steps to get help but rest assured, you will be welcomed with a smile and a friendly person centred approach, to help you feel as comfortable as you can be.

So allow me to help you on a journey to find your own peace of mind!
