About me and my therapy practice

I offer a free initial 30 minutes consultation, which can be done on the telephone or via zoom. Subsequent sessions will be 50 minutes at £50.

I am offering face to face sessions on Wednesdays from 15.30 to 21.00. Outside of this I also offer sessions via zoom and telephone.

Practice description

I will be conducting face to face sessions on on Wednesdays from 15.30 to 21.00. Outside of this I also offer sessions via zoom and telephone. The office I work from is based in Basingstoke, there are many car parks close by.

(I am able to follow the Government guidelines and protocols when at the office).

My first session

At our first session together, I give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding the assessment and contract, then I will invite you to talk through your reasons for seeking counselling. This will all take place at your pace.
