About me and my therapy practice

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist specialising in Autism Spectrum Conditions including Aspergers Syndrome. I have over 15 years' experience of working in the field of Autism, offering specialist Aspergers counselling, social skill groups, diagnostic assessments as well as Autism training.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centered, Existential and Psychodynamic therapy, although my approach will depend on the clients' needs. I have worked in the NHS and voluntary sectors with people with a variety of mental health problems as well as autism.

I offer psychotherapy to adults, young people and couples where one of the two partners is affected by an autism spectrum condition.

I am registered with the British Psychological Society, the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have personal indemnity insurance and receive regular supervision. I am also a recognised provider with the following insurance companies: AXA PPP Healthcare, Cigna and Aviva.
