About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychotherapist and counsellor based in the borough of Kingston. I am committed to providing psychotherapeutic counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and welcoming environment, either online, on the telephone or face to face. I have been trained as a Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist and provide Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
At times, I provide psycho-education to help provide you with understanding about your situation and how you relate to others.
I work with individual adults, young people and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of improving the quality and enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I offer time to listen to you and to talk through your thoughts and feelings about whatever is concerning you at this time. Sometimes people are unable to pinpoint their problem or issue and can feel overwhelmed I provide the opportunity to talk in confidence.
You can contact me by completing the self-referral form on my website, and then we can make a time to discuss your requirements and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Due to the current Covid 19 situation, I am offering all of my sessions online or by telephone. This means I can see you wherever you happen to live.
I also offer walking, talking therapy in Richmond Park, weather and circumstances permitting.
When we will be able to meet together my practice is run from an office at the end of my garden . A photo of where I work can be seen on my website.
Free Parking is available on request. Local bus services are good or I am a short walk from Norbiton train station which connects with Clapham Junction (Mainline) or Wimbledon District line (underground)
