About me and my therapy practice

I offer leading edge psychotherapies and neuro-cognitive therapies for mind, mood and body. Working holistically with the physical affect of life experiences, emotions and thoughts is the future of therapy. 

This integrated holistic approach works at a deep level to drive lasting change, whether we are working through anxiety, depression, trauma, self- esteem issues, relationship, family or work stresses. I am an integrated therapist, which means that I am highly trained in different approaches, enabling us to work flexibly and select the best treatment plan for you.

Practice description

I offer in-person sessions at my office in Liverpool, which has a wonderful view over the river.  I also offer online sessions with a lovely view of you and I.  

All of the therapies that I work with, including body based work can be adapted for online working with no compromise on their effectiveness.   

My office is wheelchair accessible and I work in a neurodiverse positive way adjusting the office environment and our way of working to adapt to the needs of the client. 

My first session

In your first session I will take a thorough case history in which you will talk about your childhood, your family, education, relationships, work, physical and mental health, hobbies, lifestyle factors.  We will identify how you want therapy to help and set some realistic expectations and goals.  We will also identify anything that you need me to be aware of to ensure that we work in a neurodiverse positive way.
