About me and my therapy practice
I provide a safe, confidential and supportive space, where we can work through your feelings and concerns.
We will look into how past events have influenced your current life and relationships as well as finding coping strategies to help you better manage the challenges you face in your own life.
My aim is to listen in a constructive way that will enable me to support you to get a better understanding of your self, your feelings, and your relationships. It is my aim to provide you with some therapeutic tools that can help you feel more positive and confident, to approach your life in a different, more authentic way.
In addition to private practice, I work as a Counsellor in the NHS at a large London surgery. Before training as a Counsellor, I worked as a commercial lawyer in a large London Law Firm.
I hold a Masters degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and bound by its Ethical Code.
I have a particular interest in clients who have experience of institutional education such as boarding school, and who may wish to explore the impact this has had on them in later life.
