Take your time to choose your Therapist; it is the most important aspect of Therapy; some people can take over a year to decide, others make their mind up immediately; it’s a personal decision, which I wholly support.

You can choose to work with me short-term or long-term; you always have autonomy. The Therapeutic Models (or a blend of) that I use are: Person Centred, EFT Tapping, Breath-work, Somatic Awareness, Transactional Analysis and CBT.
During our sessions I’ll create emotional safety for you, to encourage you to share whatever has arisen in your life so that – together – we can explore the impact of what you experience/ed; your thoughts, your emotions, your perspective, as well as your choices for change, or acceptance.
Empowering you to create a happier more harmonious life whatever that entails; the reason for, and benefits of, therapy are deeply personal.

I offer a free no obligation initial 30 minute Clarity Call (telephone or Zoom) during which you can ask me questions and get a sense of what it is like to be in a space with me. Please book through

Thereafter, I share my online calendar for you to book to suit your schedule. Payment will then be at time of booking via PayPal.
In your first session I conduct a short assessment; a few questions about your current thoughts of therapy, this acts as an ice-breaker.
Then I will ask you to share, in your own time and your own words what brought you to therapy. I will follow you, no matter how jumbled you think your story is.
Towards the end of the session I will summarise and make some clarifications or offerings about methods I believe may help. You have absolute choice and governance as to how we work together; some techniques work well for some and not for others and that is OK because you are a wonderfully unique individual.
You can expect to feel extra tired after your first session, I encourage clients to have space after their sessions to rest and reflect.
Thereafter session frequency is a personal choice. Fortnightly works best for many clients, while others prefer weekly. I do encourage your second session a week after your first; sometimes things surface between sessions and it is important that you are supported.
