About me and my therapy practice

Are you having a tough time at the moment? Is life a little overwhelming or maybe you’re struggling to find clarity in your thoughts?

I offer a kind, non-judgemental, therapeutic space where we can gently work together through any issues you may be experiencing. My approach is person-centred, meaning that our sessions are non-judgemental and non-directive, being led by you and at a pace that feels safe and appropriate. A safe, reflective and empathic space, created solely for you.

I am able to offer you short and long term therapy. Working collaboratively, we can address life’s blocks and emotional hurdles which often can hinder us from living our happiest and fullest lives. Together we can negotiate these challenges and effect change.

I’m a registered member of the British Association for Psychotherapists and Counsellors (‘BACP’) and I adhere to their Ethical Framework in my practice. I’m an LGBTQ+ affirmative counsellor, working with marginalised clients. I currently provide voluntary counselling sessions to an LGBTQ+ counselling service based in Brighton.

I hold public liability insurance and an enhanced DBS check.
