About me and my therapy practice
Taking the first step into counselling can feel daunting. What will it be like? How will it help? Will I be judged or told what to do?
I want to make that step worthwhile and helpful for you. I hope that together we can create an environment where you feel able to freely explore and look at what is important to you. I am not here to judge or tell you what to do but to work alongside you to reach your own insight and understanding. We will work at a pace that is right for you, and together see how you can feel better about yourself, relationships, choices and your life.
I have experience working with a range of ages, different backgrounds, experiences and beliefs.
I have additional training in CBT and where appropriate can integrate into our work.
I work from a counselling centre in the south side of Glasgow (Cathcart). It is easily accessed by public transport and has free car parking.
I can offer day and early evening appointments.
