I offer flexible hours between Monday and Friday, including 2 evenings a week.
I can currently offer online and telephone sessions - with a therapy room in the process of being developed, I'll be offering face to face sessions in my therapy room in Wolverhampton by the end of summer 2023!
About me and my therapy practice
I am trained and experienced in Individual, Couples/Relationship Counselling and Family Counselling.
Relationships and family dynamics can be quite complex and have often developed over a period of time. therefore, exploring the issues can be quite challenging and emotive, but often completely worth it. Embarking on a therapeutic journey means accepting that there is a problem, being willing to put the time and effort into to making positive changes and hopefully looking towards a better future.
In November 2023 I will be able to offer face to face therapy session in my new therapy room based in Oxley, Wolverhampton.
In the meantime, I can offer online sessions / walk and talk and face to face elsewhere.
I look to help someone who is lost and needs to find themselves after experiences which are deep and traumatic and require revisiting in order to process, accept and start a new journey, despite their past. You may have anxiety, depression, sadness, bad dreams, feel lost or are currently going through a difficult time as a result of news, a loss, a new experience. You may need a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and reactions, to make sense of what has happened, or what is happening. Ultimately you want to reach a place where you feel good, and can live life thoroughly. We can work together to get you to that place.
I adapt my approach to support each unique client, based on their individual experiences and their personal requirements. Taking into account their personality, needs, communication choices and how they find it easiest to express themselves. Whether that be by talking, writing, drawing, exploring through narrative therapy or using various creative therapies.
I know from personal experience how powerful and effective therapy can be. Also how difficult it can be to take that leap into a new journey, not truly knowing where it'll take you. I love helping people, and I will commit myself to the therapeutic journey you are about to embark upon.

I have an extremely open approach that is adaptable to suit the needs of a vast range of clients and client issues. The heart of my approach focuses on person centred therapy, but my overall integrative approach encompasses psychodynamic, gestalt, transactional analysis, cbt and systemic therapy. I am trained in and thoroughly enjoy utilising creative therapies into the therapeutic journey. Creative therapies including sand tray, creative stories, imagery and colours.
My first session
In our first session we'd explore all presenting problems, discuss key issues and get a sense of the type of therapy that works for you. We could set out a plan or work more casually, whichever you feel you need.
