About me and my therapy practice
Welcome and thank you for taking the time to view my profile. Do you feel that your everyday life is a bit of a struggle? Are you your own biggest critic? Do you feel that your anxiety and/or depression are getting the better of you? If you have answered yes to any of these questions you have come to the right place. I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and a trained Life Coach who can help you get your life back on track. Because I am trained in three different counselling theories I am able to tailor the session to you, the client. I am here to offer you support and encouragement as well as providing a safe space for you to explore whatever issues you want to bring to the session.
One of the things I am passionate about is the relationship we have with ourselves. It’s not something we think about everyday and at times we can hold ourselves back and be our own personal bully. I truly believe that working with the self is a great foundation for living our best life. Think about it, if you are encouraging, compassionate and supportive of yourself and you have trust in yourself, then it becomes much easier to do what you want to do and experience the world in a more positive light. Change is scary but if we have a strong and solid foundation within ourselves then we can easily access our tools and healthy coping strategies to handle whatever life throws at us. I understand that working on the self may not be how you would like your therapy sessions to go, and that is okay, as mentioned earlier I am able to tailor the sessions to you.

Once we have been in touch with one another and have had a short chat (via phone, email or text) about what brings you to counselling, we can then book your first 50 minute session at the discounted price of £30 (After the first session prices are £40 per 50 minute session)
