About me and my therapy practice
I offer help to individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds, supporting them to find healing and growth through life's challenges.
I have been working therapeutically with adults, children and young people for over fifteen years, including at the PF Counselling Service, with children's mental health charity Place2Be and the bereavement charity Caris.
My primary training is in psychosynthesis, which works with potential and purpose as well as the difficulties and grief that may lead you to seek help.
I have also trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focussed Therapy, Gestalt, Person Centred and Process Oriented Psychology, as well the use of Therapeutic Play and creativity. I use a blend of these approaches to best suit each client.
