About me and my therapy practice
We all need a little help from time to time. Maybe someone just to talk to, who will listen, someone who will really hear you in a non-judgemental way. You may be trying to deal with problems on your own as you don't wish to burden your friends or loved ones. I do not offer my advice or my opinion but I will offer you my experience and time in a sensitive and supportive way.
Ultimately you are the expert on how you feel and I cannot promise to solve all of your problems or take away all of your pain but I can promise to be there with you along the way. We can work together in making it more manageable.
I work with young people (11+) and adults. Along side my Private Practice I have also worked as a volunteer for three years working with children, young people and adults and I am a part time college Counsellor in Bucks.
I work with a variety of presenting issues including but not exclusive to: - Family issues, relationships, self-harm, bullying, stress, special needs, anxiety, depression, bereavement, OCD, anger issues, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, domestic violence, divorce, school issues, Bi Polar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder.
I work in an integrative way with Person Centred being at the core and provide short or long term therapy depending on your needs.
I work Monday – Thursday evenings from 5pm
