About me and my therapy practice
The coronavirus crisis has seen a huge change in the world and the way we do things. In order to rise to this challenge and to be able to continue to offer therapy I am now working online and via phone sessions. It is at times like this that we all need a bit more support and to learn ways of managing in particularly difficult situations. I am a highly qualified and experienced BACP accredited therapist. I have a wide range of experience from NHS, Charity, Private practice and Private Company sectors. Whilst I work with most issues I have a particular interest in anxiety and stress management. My aim is to give you the skills, techniques and strategies to manage your life better. I work with both short and longer term clients.
