About me and my therapy practice

When current situations bring past events to mind, the feelings can be overwhelming. I accompany people in making sense of past events and re-framing them. These include childhood trauma, bereavement and work-related issues. I can also help with relationship and faith-related difficulties. Working from a psychodynamic/integrative model, I am currently working online.
