About me and my therapy practice
I am a CPCAB qualified counsellor, with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
In addition to my Private Practice in Fulham and Wimbledon, I work as a counsellor for the organisation, Home-Start Merton, which is a charity that supports families with young children.
Practice descriptionAs a counsellor, I believe in providing my clients with a non-judgmental, warm and empathic environment where together we can explore the difficulties you may be facing. Counselling is beneficial in developing personal insight and understanding; helping you make sense of your feelings and the core values and beliefs you hold. As your self-awareness increases, we can explore more effective ways of coping and what you want for yourself moving forward.
You may feel nervous about starting counselling but this is completely normal. I will be there to support you and will work to create a relationship where you feel listened to and safe to look into your concerns.
My first session
I offer a free initial 15 minute telephone consultation so you can ask any questions you may have.
Following this, the next step would be an initial assessment session. This provides an opportunity for us to meet in person and for you to experience how it would feel to work together as well as ask any further questions you may have. The fee for this initial session is £40 for 50 minutes.
After the assessment, each 50 minute session thereafter is £60.00 - £75.00. The fee varies depending on whether you are having sessions online or in-person.
