About me and my therapy practice
At times, we feel sad, lonely, dissatisfied or just not quite right. It can be hard to know what we feel or why, and hard to know how to get out of that feeling.
By working together, we can explore some of these feelings with the aim of bringing about change through a greater awareness of yourself.
Building a confidential, respectful and non judgmental relationship is key to our work. We work at your pace so you can find your own way forward with the things that matter to you.
This happens by talking about things that don't make sense, or that make you sad, afraid or angry. By exploring these feelings, some of which you may not be fully aware of, you can identify and express them, and understand a bit more about what you are experiencing.
Knowing yourself better can lead to increased confidence and control over your life. It can build resilience to manage difficult situations and enable you to make the decisions that are important and right for you.
