About me and my therapy practice

Hi. My name is Kat. I am a qualified BACP, person centered counsellor. I know that the thought of counselling can be very daunting for some people. As you are reading this, you have already taken the first steps. Or maybe you are looking to get back to therapy. Why not come for just one session, to discuss what you would like to achieve from therapy, and how I can help you reach your goal.

My first session

Your first session will be an assesment at £25 for half hour. This will be for you to discuss your needs and see how I can assist you going forward.
