About me and my therapy practice

*COVID UPDATE* I offer both face to face and online sessions.

I am a qualified BACP registered counsellor, supporting both Adults and Children with their mental wellbeing in a safe, non-judgemental environment.

Just as each person is individual, so is the way that our sessions develop. It is really important to me that you feel at ease and able to discuss your needs, so that you can explore and work through feelings and problems in a way that you are comfortable with.

My specialties include working with anxiety, depression, bereavment, young people, students, children, and parents.

Laddingford Counselling is a beautiful, relaxing place in the countryside, surrounded by nature.

Situated only a short distance from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Maidstone. It is easily accessible and yet feels secluded with a break from busy town centres.
