I am Kamila, a BACP registered, integrative therapist offering a personal counselling service.

 Training as a counsellor, along with my personal experience of therapy have strengthened my understanding and compassion towards anyone dealing with life's many challenges.

 My approach is warm and down-to-earth. I offer a confidential, calm space where you can let go of your burdens and put your needs first.

Maybe you are struggling with issues related to anxiety, confidence, grief, trauma or major life changes? Or perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or stuck? 

Whether you have a specific problem to resolve, a deep-seated or complex emotional issue or a general sense of dissatisfaction in life for no apparent reason, counselling could help you find clarity, understanding and relief, as well as a way to realise your potential.



Practice description

The way in which we work together will vary from client to client, as each individual brings their own complexities, needs and aspirations. These needs are often fluid and changeable.

As an integrative practitioner, I am able to draw on a range of approaches that suit the person you are and the difficulties you present with. For example we might be:

  • Exploring how your Past is affecting your Present.
  • Learning new ways of coping that are Productive and not Destructive.
  • Dealing with loss of Identity and Direction.
  • Working towards Increasing Confidence Levels.
  • Finding new perspectives for your future.

 There could be many different reasons for seeking therapy. I work with clients experiencing a range of issues, from day to day challenges, to more complex issues such as:

My first session

I offer a free initial telephone call for up to 30 minutes for us to get to know each other. This provides a space for you to talk briefly about what brings you to therapy and to see how I can support you.

If appropriate, I would then offer an initial consultation during which we will explore your needs and expectations from therapy and establish the focus of our work together. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the process and get a feel for how I work.

If we decide to go ahead we will see each other weekly for 50 minute sessions at an agreed day and time.

My name is Kamila. I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and an member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a personal Counselling Service for variety of issues where EVERYONE is welcome.  

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or major life changes? Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or stuck? Are you unable to confide your worries and feelings with those around you? Be it present matter or unresolved pain from the past I may be able to help
