About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Helen, I would like to work with you towards gaining a better understanding and moving forward with any issues you are experiencing. I will never push or force you to talk about your experiences, I aim to be beside you to support you on your personal journey. I connect well with people and adapt to their needs and clients often comment that they have found it easy to talk to me, I feel honoured when clients are able to do so. I have worked with all age groups and genders from a range of different cultures and backgrounds, I enjoy the diversity in my client work. I offer person centred therapy face to face or over zoom and equine assisted therapy, you can choose from one or both options and build a unique experience to best suit your needs. Person centred therapy puts you at my highest priority and allows you to find your own pathway with my support, which I believe is the best way as it is then unique to yourself and most likely to work long term.

I believe counselling works as I have experienced success with it in my own personal life, I’ve been through many tough and challenging experiences which motivates me to help others, therapy is a very personal experience, we are all individuals and I want clients to find a therapist they are a good fit with, so I encourage you not to give up on your search. Call, text or email me for further information, without obligation. Thank you
