About me and my therapy practice

I am a warm, supportive and compassionate counsellor experienced in dealing with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, self-harm, low self-esteem, anger management and other psychological difficulties. My approach is integrative which means that I draw from various theories such as humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive and behavioural. This allows me to work in different ways depending on what is most helpful. I work both with adolescents and adults. My counselling room is welcoming and private.
