About me and my therapy practice
Give yourself space “to be” ……. No labels, no judgement, no hurry – "just be". Be with how you are feeling, be with your thoughts. Use our safe time together for exploration of how you are feeling. Mind opening, exploration, reflection, letting those thoughts out, bringing them into the room, sharing. How does it feel to think it’s a possibility to do this? I work in a reflective and committed way; Counselling & Psychotherapy can be powerful tools to help people work through difficulties, leading to a more fulfilling life.
I believe that we all need to have space, freedom and safety to be able to express our uniqueness, our stories and experiences have shaped us and our sessions will reflect this. I will offer something we do not often experience in our everyday lives, time where I will listen to you in a non-judgemental way.
I believe that the most important aspect of counselling is a strong therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client. I aim to provide a warm, safe, supportive, non-judgemental space, which allows you to challenge established ways of thinking and being. Working collaboratively I aim to help you evaluate your needs to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, enabling you to make empowered choices. I understand the pressures we can all feel at times and the impact this can have.
